Project Governance & Oversight Establish and enforce organization-wide project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery Conduct regular project health checks and audits to identify risks and ensure PMO compliance Build and maintain a centralized portfolio dashboard providing real-time visibility into project status, milestones, and dependencies 2. Project Planning & Coordination Support project managers in developing comprehensive project plans (scope, resources, timeline, risks) Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure alignment across teams, departments, and key stakeholders Facilitate kick-off meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and retrospectives Track and manage project interdependencies to minimize conflicts and ensure smooth execution 3. Portfolio & Resource Management Manage the project portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on strategic value, resource availability, and business impact Monitor resource utilization and provide recommendations on resource optimization and capacity planning Identify and escalate resource conflicts and bottlenecks in a timely manner 4. Risk & Issue Management Develop risk management frameworks to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks Maintain a centralized risk and issue register, ensuring timely resolution and closure Escalate critical risks and issues to relevant stakeholders with recommended mitigation strategies 5. Reporting & Communication Deliver regular project status reports, executive dashboards, and portfolio summaries to support leadership decision-making Ensure transparent and consistent communication across project teams and business units Document and distribute meeting minutes, action items, and key decisions in a timely manner Develop PMO communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged 6. Process Improvement & Standardization Continuously iterate on PMO processes, tools, and templates to enhance delivery efficiency and quality Capture lessons learned from completed projects and embed best practices into management standards Drive adoption of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) across the organization Benchmark against industry practices to continuously elevate PMO operations 7. Training & Capability Building Design and deliver project management training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions Build a project management community of practice to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning Mentor junior project managers to grow team capabilities 8. Strategic Alignment Partner with senior leadership to ensure the project portfolio aligns with the company's strategic goals Support business case development and project prioritization decisions Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making 岗位基本需求 Basic Requirements： Bachelor's degree or above in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in project management or PMO operations, with hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent cross-functional projects Proven experience in establishing or optimizing PMO frameworks, processes, and governance structures Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies; experience in a matrixed organization preferred Master's degree (MBA) and PMP certification preferred Professional Skills： Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet Solid command of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus Soft Skills： Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels; skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities Preferred Qualifications： Experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or large-scale organizational change initiatives Background in financial management, including budget tracking 岗位亮点 Innovation-Driven: We leverage cutting-edge technology to reshape the traditional food delivery landscape, making every order smarter and faster Fast-Growing & Dynamic: Rapid business expansion offers abundant room for personal growth and career advancement Global Impact: Be part of a company transforming how people enjoy food — with impact reaching communities around the world
