‑Manage the quality in project 负责项目质量管理 ‑Set and Monitor the Quality Roadmap for the project to reach the Quality (Customer and Metasense) and cost targets 制定并监控项目质量路线图，达成客户及美创智感的质量目标与成本目标 ‑Define the quality cost of his project – Follow up the customer milestones 确定所属项目的质量成本，跟进客户里程碑节点 ‑Detect risks and Prevent problems from Cradle to Grave . 全生命周期（从项目启动至结束）识别风险、预防质量问题 ‑React when a risk is identified, Escalate roadblocks to PG / PL management 识别风险后及时响应，将阻碍问题上报至产品组 / 产品线管理层 ‑Ensure CPM is respected 确保遵守项目管控流程（CPM） ‑Respect of build In Quality Standards: SPPC tracking sheet is used – SPPC identification procedure is respected – SPPC transfer to Supplier via the VRFs 贯彻内置质量标准：使用 SPPC 跟踪表、遵守 SPPC 识别流程、通过 VRF 表单将 SPPC 要求下发至供应商 ‑Challenge other PTM on their activities 对项目团队其他成员的工作内容提出质询与优化要求 ‑Focus on Design & Change 聚焦设计与变更管理 ‑Ensure that novelty on product and process are taken into account in DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV 确保产品与工艺的新特性在 DFMEA、PFMEA、设计验证 & 产品验证阶段得到考量 ‑Verify LLCs have been used in the D/P FMEA to reduce risk and respected 核查在设计 / 过程 FMEA 中已采用风险降低措施（LLC），并落地执行 ‑After design freeze, ensure 4M matrix respect with regards product or process changes and ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix 设计冻结后，产品 / 工艺变更需严格执行 4M 变更矩阵；依据矩阵要求完成变更的客户告知与审批 ‑Update the quality documents following a product / process related change 发生产品或工艺变更后，及时更新质量文件 ‑Participate to Design Reviews, including suppliers and tool makers design review 参与设计评审，含供应商、模具制造商的设计评审 ‑Perform the revision of the control plan after an issue and / or after test results 出现质量问题或获取测试结果后，修订控制计划 ‑Support the supplier management activities 支持供应商管理相关工作 ‑Support activities defined for Internal and External Supplier parts on Metasense sites, to support Purchasing and SQA team, as defined in the Quality RASIC. 依据质量权责矩阵 (RASIC)，在工厂端对内外部供应商零部件开展相关工作，协同采购及供应商质量团队 ‑Collect suppliers encountered issues and alternative proposals made by the suppliers to integrate Best Practice 收集供应商遇到的问题以及供应商
